New Guide?

Just got a call from DVC thanking me for watching the webcast and asking if I had any questions. Then they said that they noticed that I no longer had a guide assigned and were assinging me a new one. They hooked me up with Jim McCoy (who I've seen good comments about here on the DIS). He was very nice and seems like a good guy. I asked if he knew what happened to my old guide, but he didn't know and said sometimes they change things around. Does anyone know if this happens a lot? My old guide was Mirabella, and if she has moved on, I wish her well. She was very nice, and very pleasent to deal with.

I don't know, but just wanted to say that I love Jim - he is my guide! I think you will be happy with him.

Mirabella is still with DVC. Have you had recent contact with her? Sometimes they reassign if there hasn't been contact in quite sometime. Both are great people, but if you want Mirabella back you can certainly call and ask.

Curious - what do you guys use your guides for?? I've only been a member for about a year and the only thing our guide did was get us our first "magical" trip all set and exactly where we wanted on short notice! But now, aren't I on my own?

And we also got assigned a new guide... don't remember her name but she seemed nice enough.
