I received ours yesterday also and yep - it's similar to the BLT, only Craftman style instead of Contemporary! It goes for the nostalgia of DL, using it as a base for a S. CA visit and also gives the details on accomodations.

It was for those who could become founding members - a little slow for the info but at least they should be set for the opening of sales to others.

Our brochure came with a letter about being among the first to own and the offer lasting until March 25th so I believe this mailing is only going to the founding member group. I would imagine that they will be sending these out to other DVC owners around the date that the sales open up for others.

I feel pretty certain you'll have your chance so don't spend that money on something else!

On a separate note, has anyone closed on their VGC add on yet? Initially I think they told me 4-6 weeks from contract signing, then we changed our incentive, etc. Not sure what the actual turntime to close usually is.
I want my cruise voucher

Yes they seemed high, but I wasn't shocked after seeing the point charts for BLT.

We received our counter signed docs back today. Does that mean we are closed? I know the deed recording them comes at a later date, but what does 'closing' officially mean?
