New Frontier Service from Wilmington, Delaware!

So excited to have Frontier starting up service from New Castle County Airport here in Delaware! Flights to Orlando will be starting in July and are Saturday and Tuesday. Fares are amazing too - $340 for 3 ppl roundtrip!

Great minds think alike..I posted the same thing yesterday. Was so excited to hear about this. My trip is for December so rates aren't out there yet but thinking of a summer quick trip with my son and mom now that the rates are so cheap!!!!!!

I am in Earleville MD but grew up in Townsend, DE....going to Middletown High School. Worked in Wilm at AIG and Chase. I guess we must be neighbors HAHA!!!

Yes I was that also, I am a SW fan, but how convenient for those of us in Delaware!!!

I was SO SO excited when I heard about this deal! Just posted about it on the budget board. I'd been watching SW for good deals and just happened to stumble across this on the day it was announced by googling "direct service philadelphia orlando". The best price I could find on Southwest for our trip was $114 per person per flight.....I forget what it totalled with taxes and fees, but it was well over $1200. I was able to book my entire family of 5 ROUND TRIP with the Wilmington - Orlando for a grand total of $567.45! Just too good to pass up! Years ago we had a deal like this through Southwest, but I just don't think we will ever see that again.

I know Frontier added service to Allentown when they dropped Philly, and they pulled out of there and switched to Trenton when they didn't see the interest they hoped they would.....I am hoping that this one proves to be a winner!! Makes me a little nervous that they'll pull Wilmington too, but I think they will at least carry out the schedule that they have already published...that is what they did in Alletown.
