Just hang in on the phone they will pick up. When I called to change our Kids free promo to the free dining for our dates. It was almost a hour and 45 minutes. Hope everyone gets what they want.

HaHa!! It took me about an hour. First someone answered right away but somehow it was for a dining reservation but she transferred me. I listened to music for about 20 minutes and then got a CM. I got free dining starting Dec 11th and the 10th was blacked out just like Danny said it would be! It seemed to take a long time to get the reservation booked once I started talking to a CM but that might be normal. The whole call wait time, transfer, and booking time took about an hour! but....



I'm going to Disney World!!!!!

On the phone now! Only on hold for 20 minutes. The CM I spoke with was very nice and said that the longest wait time shown on hold is 95 minutes.

I feel like I'm missing something here! LOL It's an hour 50 for me - I called right at 6 am CDT.

Ugh, if those new blackout dates are correct I'm going to be seriously sad. We are checking in on the 28th and I've now been on hold for an hour and 46 minutes. If its all for nothing, I am going to cry.

There is still nothing and no updates on their website yet! I need to book online, all of my kiddos are up and there's no way I can call right now....when will they put it up on their site????

I just chatted online with a cm and she says they don't know if/when it will be avail for online booking...better just call. I am going to suck it up and call now. There is not much I hate more than calling wdw reservations.
