New FOP opened up in November!

Hmmm...the FP+ return lines for November might get a little long.

Yeah, I'm starting to wonder about that. On the one hand if everyone has a FP than does anyone really have one. But then I consider that out of the number of people who will be in AK some day in November the portion of them who are online reading about it on a random Friday a month out when there's no reason to believe there's any reason to be watching is actually pretty small. I guess we'll see.

I was able to get our group FPs for 11/20 when I couldn't at our 60 day mark. Everyone is thrilled!!

We just were able to book FOP for October 24th for mid morning!!! Yay! Even if FP+ lines are longer than usual, they probably won't be as long as standby.

We are happy!

Thanks for the heads up! I was just able to change my 11/21 fast pass from 8:20 PM to 10:10 AM! There seemed to be tons of availability.

It really looks like Disney released a large chunk of FPs at the same time. There were some available today for as early as Oct. 23!

I have kind of wondered if they hold some fastpasses back because of the mad rush at 60 days out. I was able to obtain 2 for twelve and then after some moving around of my other passes, was able to move the FOP FP's up to 9:00am.

You all are scaring me. I also was able to move up a 5pm FP on Nov 21 to 11am. Hopefully, it is not a glitch. I have not seen any additional FP's for anything else so these additional FP's must have been deliberate. After all, any other time there is a glitch in the site they have taken down the site for maintenance.

The "shake down" period is over, and it's been determined that the FP lines for the Pandora rides are too short. Remember the long FP waits for the old Soarin'? FOP will now be more like that. So they basically doubled FP availability. Moving forward, guests booking FP at 60 days won't be aghast when they see that FOP FP are gone - because they'll be less likely to be gone. (And fewer angry calls to guest services about the absurdity of staying onsite for 60 days windows and getting no FOP 60 days out.)

Availability is starting to dwindle now - the "gush" of FP wasn't limitless.

The "shake down" period is over, and it's been determined that the FP lines for the Pandora rides are too short. Remember the long FP waits for the old Soarin'? FOP will now be more like that. So they basically doubled FP availability. Moving forward, guests booking FP at 60 days won't be aghast when they see that FOP FP are gone - because they'll be less likely to be gone. (And fewer angry calls to guest services about the absurdity of staying onsite for 60 days windows and getting no FOP 60 days out.)

Availability is starting to dwindle now - the "gush" of FP wasn't limitless.

I can't speak for everyone, but I think some people just want to free up the rest of their day.

I scheduled mine at 10 am. For me, it's because of touring convenience since I only have one day at AK. I've been there several times before and am going back primarily for the new stuff, and I want to ride both NRJ and FOP with as little waiting as possible, so I have to rope drop one anyway. I don't really like backtracking all over the park since I'm taking my 68 year old mother, so I'm planning the morning in Pandora to see the land, ride the rides, and try Satuli Canteen for an early lunch. Then we'll move on to other parts of the park with later FPs for the safari and Dinosaur that will let us tour around the park in a linear fashion at a nice slow pace and end up back at Tiffins for dinner. We're also doing ROL on the dining package, so the late afternoon and evening slots were not going to work for us.

For me the reason I moved the pass I made to an earlier slot was cause we're locals only on property for race weekend and don't want to make it a late night Sunday cause we have work bright and early Monday morning

Awesome! I was able to switch my NRJ on the 15th for FoP. Also moved up the one I had for the 17th. Yay!
