New Fl Resident Code - Question

Question for a friend actually - we're out of state and have a package.

Florida resident friends will be meeting us. They have a room only ressie.
Can they call and, if available, have the code applied to their room? It is 2/23-2/24 in case of blackout dates.

Any - anyone know the discount on a value, peak season?

Of course they can! Those dates are not blacked out and there's a good chance of getting the rate. I checked and 2 nights at a value (standard room) was $178 tax included. Moderate resort $290.

I just booked those same dates at POP with the FL resident discount (2/23-2/26). I'm meeting my friend who lives in Tampa for the weekend. They let me make the reservation as long as I had her address. It was $88.87/night.
