New FL AP- Park Reservation question

If we purchase the Pixie Pass as FL residents, and we do a Disney resort stay, can we make our park reservations before we validate our passes at guest relations with our FL resident verification? We can’t verify on MDE because we don’t have our FL license yet so will be using utility bill and bank statements. Thank you!

I think so. I have seasonal FL resident status so I have to verify at the park. I believe the APs were linked before they were activated. I’m sure we made reservations as resort stay guests before we activated.

With or without the resort stay you can book the reservation before verifying. You just can't enter till verifying.

Thank you! Can I do that at Disney Springs? And with the resort stay I can book more than the 3 allowed AP reservations right?

Yes, you can verify at Disney Springs.

Yes with a resort reservation, you can book for the full length of your stay (as long as they aren't blackout dates) so more then the 3 reservations. Anything you book with the hotel stay comes from a separate bucket so you get your resort stay reservations and then can still also book your 3 reservations if you needed to.

Also YYMV but for what it is worth I always verified at the gate previously because I have dual residency, but for my most recent pass, I was like let me just check what the online verification is to see if they had updated to accept the other forms of ID. As I was clicking through expecting to have to exit and it verified me. So it might be worth trying?

Oh really? Thank you! Was this just when you purchased it or after it was linked it let you go through a verification process? Can I upload a bank statement or utility bill on there?

When I purchased, I clicked the verify now which went to like ID.me. I wanted to see if it would like let me upload something, but it just verified me from whatever records they already had. I assume it is because they checked my credit report or something and verified the address that was but I don't really know. If you are a new resident there may not be enough to verify that yet but idk.
