New Fireworks Practice Run tonight!

Oh my gosh, what a show! DD and I just watched it on Youtube and we both are really hoping to see it in October but I guess it ends in August? Does anyone know if it will continue or what fireworks will replace it after August?

I want to see it!

Is it normal for the majority of the fireworks to be off center? I noticed a large part of them going off to the left of the caste from the position of the person recording who appeared to be standing right on Main St.

Yeah, the are shot from an open lot backstage. There isn't really space directly in line with the castle backstage so they are off to the side.

Magical! ends in August, but Remember Dreams Come True (the show that's been playing for the past couple years) will return for the fall weekends.

Anyways, I'm glad a lot of people liked it, and I can't wait to see it in 3 weeks!

Your not alone they always make me cry too and Dumbo just put me over the edge.

Youtube has a really good video that is over 14 mins long Dumbo & Tinkerbell show up better on that one then they did on the link posted.

It did. We were particularly struck by 'Baby Mine' from Dumbo and the part from Sleeping Beauty where the fairies argue about "make it pink, make it blue" and the fireworks match the dialogue. We really felt lucky to be there.

Ok, now I am getting excited about it...the pink/blue part is one of my ds's fav parts of that movie!

Is this new fireworks show going to be on in the Fall, or is Remember coming back? I'm going in November and would love to see a new show...of course I love Remember too though. Anyone know?

It's going to take a bit for the ending music to grow on me, but the Dumbo sounds VERY exciting! Hard to see in that video -- does Tink fly as well?

It was on tonight, however, neither Tinkerbell nor Dumbo flew.

We'll just have to go again.

Because it hasn't officially premiered, they won't tell you if it will show or not. In most cases, the CMs really don't know if it will or not because so many things can prevent the testing. It won't officially be on the park schedule until the 12th.

I finally got the chance to watch the cell phone video and if it makes me teary eyed from a cell phone then I can't wait until I see it in person.

The only part I liked was dumbo. The rest seemed rushed and quickly put together. The theming was a nice idea but to me...just wasn't "there". I was a bit disappointed but always happy to end my day with fireworks. I woke up to them re running the show later wednesday at 3am as well, so perhaps they were already working out some kinks.

We saw it just last night(6/5 and on my birthday) and it was absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend watching it from the Small World area because they project different scenes onto the facade. At one point, they played music from Sleeping Beauty and you could hear the fairy godmothers arguing over a pink or blue dress. The whole facade of SW was lit up in pink and blue and as they argued, pink or blue fireworks lit up the sky in exact time to their voices. Incredible!!!

My DH and I were also celebrating our 10th anniverary and it was so romantic and touching to hear our favorite songs and scenes played out right before our eyes. It was a great ending to a magical trip.

Big Question: Where can I get the music played during the fireworks?

Had the chance to see the new fireworks. It was really lovely. Thank goodness we got to see them before we left! Dumbo coming around the castle was truly an amazing sight. All the kids were screaming Dumbo!!!

All in all, it was well worth the wait to see the new show.
