New FastPass for ADR's

Wouldn't that be great. When you call to make to Vacation resevation they give you a time window like a fastpass to make your ADR's. As opposed to the current method where you get to spend 3 hours talking to multiple CM's because some days are on one system and some days are on a new system.

I made 5 ADRs at the 90 day window a few weeks ago, got everything I wanted except a late Le Cellier, called back just yesterday to add 5 more and got everything I wanted. Both phone calls took less than 5 mins each and the CMs were extremely friendly.

I just read a thread where the folks were saying they were on the phone for 2 'n 3 hours, so I apologize, your FastPass idea sounds good.

But who would determine when you get your window?

Everyone would want an early window. If its determeined by when you made your res everyone would just call at 7:00 AM to make their hotel res and you would just be on hold then.

Having things on two different systems will be a thing of the past very soon. Once all reservations are made after May 25th, there won't be two systems. The solution you are proposing would be for a problem that is happening for a very short period of time.
