New Fall Discount Code - Not Working?

Hi there!

I was pleasantly surprised this morning to received an email from Disney with a promo code for 30% off of resort rates for this Fall. (Book through Aug 7th) After the initial web page of verifying the promo code, you're sent to the main page to select your dates and view the resort pricing. The rates definitely do not look discounted! I even tried playing around with dates in case there was a length of stay minimum.

Is anyone else having trouble with their promo code/link?

Is it just the promo they're already running? If so, the discounted rooms could just be full for your dates and it's bouncing them back to full price.

no it's brand new - just came out for the Fall. It's not the same as the current special offers. The current Fall is the dining and a special rate in some dates thru early Oct. This is Sept thru Nov - 30% off deluxes

I got an email as well and I can't get mine to work. I get the message that the discount isn't valid for the dates I selected, although according to details it is.

I tried my sister's code this morning and that worked. Also chatted with a Disney rep last night and they just suggested calling in and providing your code that way to see what's available. not as convenient but at least the code will be honored. good luck!
