There is a new fall code having to do with McDonalds called BAP.

The campgrounds are participating.

I was quoted $33.00 a night plus tax for a full hookup site for December 8-15.

No partial hookups for that time, so I didn't book, will keep my Pop Century ressie, but I will keep trying.

THANK YOU :bounce:

Just checked and got the discount and added an extra night.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

We called today and asked about the BAP discount code and they told us that is is only valid for people who work for the McDonalds corporation. :(

I just don't understand these codes - very frustrating. I've just called on three different reservations for FW and they have no BAP codes available for any of the nights on any of the reservations. Did they only have one code and lucky John VN got it???? What's up with these codes???????

We got the code. The detail may be the full hookup. I originally had a preferred and it was not available for the preferred. Had to change to Full. $33/night

Our trip is 12/4-12/10

I am confused - I just called and was told that it only applied to cabins and not campsites. Any ideas what is going on here?

Well - I called back and got someone different. She checked for my dates 11/20-11/28 and it was not available. I also had full hookups checked as well as 11/19. Oh well - I have already planned to pay the rack rate so it would just have been a nice surprise.

Thanks Carol for the info.

I hadn't heard about the BAP code, but I did luck out on the BAT code issued a few weeks ago, for FW cabin 8/7/-8/11. I'm glad FW is included in these things. But I heard people had a devil of a time getting this code for their dates, across all the resorts. Hope people have some success with the BAP one! AND I would strongly recommend that anybody trying to get a code, keep plugging at it. I was told a couple of times there were no rooms for my dates, was about to give up, then up and called out of the blue the next day and guess just lucked up with a CM who plucked me a code! (I'd thought codes were easier to get than this -- before, I booked a FW cabin in late January and had no problem whatsoever applying the code then!)

I've read many reports of folks getting CABINS with BAT and AP codes.

It was the actual CAMPSITES that were not participating in any codes.

Yes I know -- I was just commenting on how frustrating it has been to get codes in general. I've heard of more people who just kept being told the recent codes were unavailable for their dates, regardless of where they were trying to apply them --
