I am driving down and will have a car. Planning on at least 3 parks a day, for 4 days. Is this still worth it with a car, or would you put the $120 to another use?

@Doug S - Another note of thanks for this very handy tool!!!

It's way more complicated to use if you have a car parked at one of the parks. You'll have to plan a way to get back to your vehicle each day. If that works for your plans, great. Use it. If it's a struggle to get back to your initial location then I probably wouldn't use it. Now, if you don't plan to drive to the parks then sure, it is well worth it. Leave that car parked. Don't know how long it's been since you've been down but there is tremendous amounts of road work going on around the property. Driving is not all that easy these days, not that it ever was

Cool. Staying at POFQ. Might take the car Sunday for emh at HS, use the bus for MK, then use it back to HS, break, then back to parks. Good to know about the road work. Might just leave the car and use this. Does it really save a lot of transition time? For example, I was planning on leaving HS at 11:00 on Sunday. What would be the time difference between using Disney buses, my car, or this new feature?

This saves a lot of time due to the fact that you skip security and turnstiles. And you cut walking way down by not having to walk all the way out to the bus stop/parking lot and all the way back in to the park. I guestimate that cuts park hopping time in half, at least.

I am planning to see ROL at 630pm when AK closes at 7pm in November. Will I be able to take an express transport bus from AK to Epcot after ROL is over? Epcot WILL still be open, so I'm really hoping so...

Yep (AK's hours have about a 99.99% chance of being extended)

One scheduled Express bus runs after official closing time of the park. You will have to be sure to get to the departure kiosk after ROL for the last scheduled departure. Other than that, buses run to other parks as long as the parks are open during regularly scheduled hours (not Extra Magic Hours).

:yay::yay: That will make things SOO much easier. So according to the schedule on the first page, it would leave to head to Epcot at 720 even though the park closes at 7? Will we have time to get there from the ROL viewing area considering the mass exodus?

Sorry, I didn't get my thought finished. AK's hours aren't going to remain at 7:00. They'll change. If they do by some really strange circumstance then it won't run. But I'll give it a 99.9% chance of changing.

Now that I think on it, I'd say you can even get over there by 7:20. RoL is only 15 min long

I'm not sure I understand...you are saying more than likely the hours will change, and if they do, ROL won't play? Why would that be? And then I think you are saying that since it's only 15 mins, we would have plenty of time to get there by 720, assuming it starts at 630.

Yes, AngiTN's response is just a bit confusing. You will be fine. Just be sure to hurry out of Rivers of Light and check the AK departure time to be sure it has not changed.

You mean you couldn't read my mind ;)
Sorry, "it" meaning Express Transportation. Not RoL. That will run at 6:30 as they have it scheduled, no worries.
And after that yes, RoL is only 15 min long and you shouldn't have any problems getting to the Express Bus stop, even if they do leave park closing at 7:00 (but I really do not believe they will)

:thanks: Thanks guys! I'm following you now. I'm so glad that there is a community that supports my type A afflictions.

Just want to double check as we head to WDW on Mon... the pickup/dropoff locations are still the same as listed in the first post here?

Starting hours 10AM so if you are at Epcot, you still have to wait until 20 after (or whatever) for the bus to MK to run. At 10 am, they don't have a bus going to each park, correct? Trying to think of FP and AK.

When I want to do Express to AK for a FP at about 10:00 or 10:30 in the morning, I catch the bus from MK, which departs at 10:00; that will be the first Express arrival of the day at AK and drops off right in back of the theater for Festival of the Lion King (Africa). Keep in mind that you need to be at Express departure point about 10 minutes before scheduled departure, as they escort you back to the bus at five minutes prior to departure.
