I believe you can do something similar on Android, but I'm not familiar with it.

I have an android, and if using :
~~ Chrome, then use the three vertical dots at the far right top corner (by the displayed link once on the page); "Add to Home screen" is the option. You can then name it and use as a shortcut/"app".
~~ Bing/Edge, the dots are the same but the option is really just to use it as a bookmark, it doesn't appear to have a function for making the shortcut/"app" style icon on your phone.

I have this same concern with the new Minnie Van service. I am concerned Disney may respond to customer complaints of declining bus service by directing guests to the Minnie Van service or this new feature.

The drivers that drive for the express bus have said they are not taking away any shifts that are otherwise scheduled for regular bus transport. That the Express Bus routes are add on shifts. This service has ran long enough now that we can at least tell that regular buses are still operating as they have been

Minnie Vans aren't going to have any impact on buses.
