I wish there were a length of stay option. We arrive early morning on New Year's Eve and leave late on January 8.

Has anyone determined if there is a set schedule for each park's Express (as in what busses leave and travel to what parks when) or is it something that is varied and not predictable?
Yes, it's been reported many times throughout the thread that it's on a schedule. Every 30 min and which 30 min variation depends on park

On the express bus now, leaves every 30 min. Different parks every 10 min. Ex. at EPCOT, to MK at :10 and :40, to AK at :20 and :50, and to HS at :00 and :30. The schedule times may vary. Buses start at 10 AM, last bus at park close. Always ask before planning your return time.

yes they can do that or you can get a regular media ticket. They scan it before each trip. I thought about you and your family since I know you guys park hop a lot
thanks :-) We are looking at trying it for our January trip - trip is 8 days but we won't PH the last day so it will work out perfectly - if they are still doing it! Thank you for all of e intell!

Here now and currently onboard the express bus from Animal Kingdom to Hollywood Studios. Bus was scheduled to leave Animal Kingdom at 1:40 and pulled out at exactly 1:39, there are 5 people on board (our party of 3 plus another couple). 1:53 bus dropping off backstage! Very handy for us since I'm in a wheelchair this trip (I had foot surgery in October) and the cast members have been friendly/polite. The bus marquee says "Hollywood VIP", which made my 9 year old feel fancy!

I was on the phone with a cast member inquiring about the Express Transportation option and she said that the multi-day option was for 7 days if you are not a Resort guest, but it's for your length of stay if you are a Resort guest. I questioned that policy since the Disney website and everything else I've read doesn't mention anything about a length of stay option, but she assured me that is how it works. Has anyone else heard anything about a length of stay feature?

This is not what we were told, and I've not seen any documentation/flyers that state length of stay. When we bought the pass we mentioned that we were here for 7 more days, and the CM said that worked out perfectly because the pass is for 7 days.

this was one of the questions I asked again and again. It's only for 7 days no matter where you are staying

Interesting about park close is the first day when yulilin3 did it at HS the last one ran at 7 when Fantastic ended at 7:30. Maybe they updated it since then. I sure hope so since we hope to be able to hop from AK to MK since MK is open until midnight while we are there. We were hoping to have the latest dinner seating at Tiffins then go to MK but if the buses didn't run until park close that wouldn't work. It's worth price for by passing MK security as far as I'm concerned and I don't even carry a bag.

DHS did close at 7:00p the night yulilin researched.

Fantasmic often begins at park close and ends 30 minutes after official closure.

What's more, Fantasmic often begins 30 minutes AFTER park close and ends 60 minutes after official closure.
This is very common, and is not generally affected by DHS' PM EMH, one way or the other.
Most guests who intend to see F! are usually already inside the theater and waiting by 30 minutes before start time, anyway.

As many here have learned over the years the CM who answer the phones are wrong more than they are right. This is the case here. The CM that told you this is wrong

Here now loving the express!
Quick question: how did you pay? Will they take your magic band or can you use a Disney gift card? I just purchased a $50 gift card to use if they don't accept Magic Bands

They take any form of payment at guest services. At the kiosk, they only take credit cards.

Great review of the service on the sidebar. Really hoping it gets extended beyond the trial period in time for our January trip! Would love it if they introduced a length of stay fare while they were at it.

We did this yesterday! We loved it and made it to 3 parks!! Wish I didn't have a resort dinner reservation for Friday and I would have done it for the length of the stay but we are only doing MK and Epcot plus Ohanas so it didn't make sense.
