I wonder if we should do this more towards the Worcester area so that folks from the CT/VT and Western Mass areas wouldn't have to drive as far? Not that I have any suggestions about where to meet out there...

Newburyport is beautiful and has a lot of pretty shops and restaurants. I believe there is a restaurant that has a place for the kids to dine while adults eat in a separate dining room. Just a thought.

There is a restaurant in Saugus, MA that does Brazilian BBQ (Ohana like with meat skewers, but the side dishes are buffet style). I know they are busy in the evenings, but I doubt early afternoon would be a problem. Do we have any idea about the number of people? Maggiano's in Boston would be very cool, and I like RFC in Burlington too.

Just wanted to add myself to the list of people who are definitely interested.

I work in Southern NH (Nashua) and live in North-central NH. Anywhere in Southern NH or down as far as Boston I'd probably try to get there.

If the Worcester area gets the nod O'Connors might be an option. They have 9 function rooms. I will get more information about a possible meet there. O'Connors is off RT 190 in Worcester.

I totally agree NY'ers and anyone else should be allowed to join in the meet!!

I think I might be able to talk my hubby & brother into coming. I'll travel just about anywhere. I live in central MA so I can vouch for the above-mentioned O'connors!! Yummy!!

If you want to make it easier for those further out west to attend I think that the Cape & North Shore are a bit far. I'm not very good at figuring out mileage and such, though...that's why I married my DH! LOL
