Hi ,

After booking M+M PE flights for the past 4 years , and looking at the cost of them for a family of 4 next year we have decided to save a LOT of money and look for Economy M+M .

Any comments about experiences in the new economy cabins on the new Airbus would be greatly appreciated .

We would be saving our spending money !!!!! Sounds good to me

!:)

Thanks

Sam

personal experience was I felt there was as much room as on the jumbo, the fact everything was cleaner and newer was a bonus - and the inflight entertainment was great.

But I've never flown PE so I can't comment on how it would feel in comparison

these are the pics I took when we boarded - gives you an idea of space/size - we were right at the back where the middle section goes from 4 to 3 seats

Hi ,

Thanks for that.

They look ok , wasn't overly impressed with the new PE , and would rather save all the extra cash towards our spending money .

:)

We enjoyed flying on the new airbus, it was lovely and clean and everything was working which made the flight much more comfortable!!!

In comparison to PE its a difficult one as you dont get the leg room or the extra touches....but if I was going to opt to sacrifice a PE seat for a economy one, flying on the airbus would be one of my priorities (hope this makes sense!)

Great pics, can I ask the 3 seats directly behind the 4 seats, are the tv's at an angle?:)

I flew in Economy on new airbus couple weeks ago. We booked the extra legroom seats, had 51 A & C and 52 C, lots of room and I am 5ft 8". The middle section wasn't extra legroom just the 2 seats either side. :goodvibes

we were in the twos so I'm not 100% sure, but yes, I think they are

Thanks, thinking of booking these as they have slightly more leg room as DH is tall, but not sure because of that and also if the tables will be off centre & the foot rest etc:confused3
