I always enter, but I am a complete loser for all sweepstakes. I just don't win. If there's a raffle and I bought 20 tickets and someone else buys one - they will win against me every time.

Its like buying a lottery ticket. If you buy one you have a chance of winning. If you dont buy you have zero chance of winning.

I don't know why I keep reading the rules for all sweepstakes, to see if International members are allowed, I should know better.
