New DVC Resorts?

I've heard about new DVC Resorts (or "Resorts with DVC availabilty") opening in the near future in Hawaii & California
I'm curious....is there anything else new on the horizon?

The only resorts announced are Bay Lake Tower at WDW, Villas at the Grand Californian at DLR, and the Hawaii project.
