There is no confirmation that the expansion at Coronado Springs is going to be a DVC Resort.

The expansion near Caribbean Beach has been announced as a DVC Resort to be called Disney's Riviera Resort and is slated to open late 2019.

Based on the information available it does not appear that the expansion at Coronado Springs will include Disney Vacation Club. And common knowledge seems to be against this being likely to contain DVC, for a number of reasons.

Keep in mind that when they decided to add DVC to Caribbean Beach, they actually tore down part of Caribbean Beach and set it off as an entirely NEW DVC resort, the Riviera.
