Just saw and interesting contract from the new timeshare broker ************* (http://*************.com). Has anybody used them? Were you satisfied? Looking at buying my 3rd contract, bought the first two from established brokers and it went smoothly both times, would rather stay with these companies but the contract I saw was exactly what I was looking for!

I have not purchased through them, but I currently have my VGF contract listed with them. I sure hope they're as good at being a brokerage as they are at the rental side!

HI -- bumping this thread as I am also interested in hearing about your experience with this company.. www.*************.com

I have not used them but they have their own Facebook page and seem to have a pretty loyal following. I had communicated with Bee for a shore time but they did not have the contract I was looking for.

I bought a resale contract through them this year. No problems. Bee always asnwered my emails promptly.
I went with the title company they recommended which may have been a little more expensive than I saw some others quote on Disboards. But I honestly didn't look into it.
They had the contract I wanted. That's why I chose them.

I used them to buy my contract last November and I had no issues. Good luck with your purchase!

My experience has been a good one. They had the contract i was interested in.

I'm waiting for my first resale to be completed (title company pushed me back another day when they think the deed will be recorded). I have had no problem with either the broker (Bee is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable) or the title company (they have responded nicely every time i asked for an update). I already had a direct contract, so this was an add on. I also didnt have to do any financing.

Even though the estoppel was three weeks behind schedule, and more time waiting for the seller to sign and return the closing documents, it has been a smooth process. But every day seems to take forever when you want to book a vacation. :bored:

From offer (March 31) to deed recording (June 8 hopefully), about 2 months and a week. Then however long for Disney to complete the process.

Its Scott and his agent Bee. Seem like good sorts from the Facebook pages. I think you can go ahead and use them no probs- I would, and being in counter fraud I do due diligence on everything.
