I received a very confusing call yesterday form MS. It was to "welcome us home" 
and tell us about our 2005 points. It was the 'witching hour' at my house-right before dinnertime-and the kids were quite a handful so I couldn't spend too much time on the phone. I must say to there was a language barrier between me and the MS rep on the phone. I had a hard time understanding her and figured I would just need to call MS at a better time. Anyway, I understood her to say I had until August to BANK my 2005 points. I replied that I thought was great but I understood the grace period would be much shorter (we joined past the 1/31 banking deadline) I asked if she meant USE point and she said no-to BANK points. To you newbies, has this been your experience? My guide said we would be given a generous grace period in which to decide if we wanted to bank or use our points but I never imagined it would be this long. I realize I need to clarify with MS but I was just wondering what other new members who joined at the end of F&F have experienced.
