New DVC Member with question.

We purchased a resale in August. Wondering when I will be notified about paying dues for 2013 and how do they notify? Through mail? How long before you have to pay it? Just curious.

I have mine set up to auto pay on monthly, so I really don't pay much attention to the "due date" but I think it is generally billed by end of year and due sometime in January. I have read that they aloow you to lapse into February before they consider you past due. If you want to go to monthly billing, you need to contact DVC ASAP to set it up.

Are you charged interest on the monthly billing? I don't want to pay interest or fees.

No. It has to be a direct debit from a bank account, no bills.
