Hi, I'm new to DVC and bought into SSR sight unseen. I'm looking to plan our first trip for next year but was wondering which resort would be best for a 2 yr old? Do any of the resorts have a pool she can go in with her swimmies (the cruise has a splash area, so an equivalent would be ok) and which have playgrounds she can enjoy?

Thanks so much!

SSR has a very cute fountain area with Donald splashing out water. It has the nice soft recycled material on the ground.

It also has a zero entry for the pool so keep a watchful eye.

SSR has a zero entry pool with a Donald Duck play area (water pours out of the jug he is holding). BCV has Stormalong Bay which has a rather nice children's play area at the pool.

Really what you want is a zero entry pool. Your home resort SSR has a good one. You are in a good place for a two year old at SSR.

I own at SSR and have been twice so far...Once when me daughter was 14 months and again at 18 months...SSR was great for her...She played in the water area at the grandstand for a long time and also loved the Donald area at the main pool (Springs Section)...I think it is perfect for a two year old...
