I saw this information posted in the Anita Answer column on the WDWIG.com site this morning:
As of June 1, 2004, all guests of the Wilderness Lodge may use the Sturdy Branches facilities free of charge! Guests must be at least 14 years old to use the facilities with parental supervision, or 17 years old to use the facilities unsupervised.
In addition, all guests of Animal Kingdom Lodge, BoardWalk, Coronado Springs, Contemporary Resort, Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Old Key West Resort, Polynesian Resort, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and the Yacht & Beach Club Resorts may now use the health club facilities at the resort where they are staying free of charge.
Guests staying at other Disney resorts can also use these facilities, but there is a $12 per day charge, based on space availability. (Price subject to change.)
Disney Vacation Club members staying at any Disney Resort can use the health club facilities of any DVC resort free of charge. The $12 fee will still apply at facilities of non-DVC resorts.
