New DVC based on Saratoga Springs, NY

Found this story in the local paper yesterday. Was wondering if anyone had anymore information on it.

There was a thread in the DVC forum a few weeks ago that had a lot of information about this. I suppose searching on "Saratoga" might find it.

The "same time each year" bit in the article is just misinformation. It will work like all the DVC resorts in that you can use your purchased points on any date space is available.
