New DS opening in Miami meet mickey and minnie

I am not sure if this is in the right place but...
I just got a flyer from my local DS that is announcing the following

Grand Opening Celebration
Saturday August 14
Ribon cutting Ceremony with Mickey and Minnie
10AM
Free gift for first 50 children
12-4 at Bayside MArina Stage
Bayside marketplace, Miami, Florida

I think this is the old DS at Bayside which is re-opening. Kids can meet Mickey and Minnie without traveling to Orlando.
