New Disney Visa "Inspire" card

Although I've had my card for almost 3 weeks now, the Chase app lists the Next Closing Date as "--". I thought it would at least let me know when I'll get my first statement.

I got my Inspire on Feb. 5, and it closed on March 5. So you can probably estimate from the date you got yours, too.

Results:
Adding the Disney Dining Plan to a DVC stay did earn the 200 Disney Reward Dollars Bonus for resort spending. It was also classified as "3% in Rewards Dollars earned on purchases at gas stations and most U.S. Disney locations". This all went through when the statement closed, at which time I could immediately apply all the Disney Reward Dollars to pay for the Disney Dining Plan charge via Pay Yourself Back.

Reminder that the Disney+ $10/month bonus needs to be activated, unlike all the other bonuses. On the website: "Rewards & benefits" and then "Benefits"

Thank you for the reminder to activate the Disney+ monthly bonus -- I had completely missed that!

Has anyone had luck with the annual pass triggering both the $300 new account statement credit and the $100 ticket bonus?

I’ve gotten the $300, but not the $100 yet. (Already got the 3% too). Still have a couple weeks left on the account cycle. TIA!

The $100/$200/$10 bonuses do not trigger until the billing cycle closes. Your reward dollars credits may have a $0 placeholder for the date your 3% posted.

My $300 new account 1k spend bonus posted as soon as I met the amount and it contained the dollars spent on tickets. Once the statement closed, the $100 credit for the ticket spend was posted 2 days later.

I think you will get both, but I think the ticket statement credit takes until a bit after the statement closes.

According to the little pamphlet that Chase sent to me, it says "The $100 statement credit will be automatically applied to your account 6 to 8 weeks after you spend $200 on tickets each anniversary year"

Check your Chase offers. We had an additional 20% cash back for Disney+. It said it was for a subscription (I assumed it was for manual but added it JIC) It stacked on top of our $10 back monthly.

Anyone paid the TOT for VDH using the Inspire card? Does it count as "resort spending"? I won't get to $2K with TOT fees, but wondered if they would add to other resort expenses for this year.

Just joined all of you Disney Inspire card holders! Instant approval with too much credit and a lower interest rate that I don't care about as I don't pay interest on credit cards.

I also have the fee free card and had the Premier up until a few weeks ago.

I was trying to wait to app for this as I wanted to stretch out the first cardmember year over all trips scheduled for late 2026 through end of February 2027 to try to maximize the benefits especially at Walt Disney World. I'm there but would have preferred to wait just a tiny bit longer, maybe until June.

Then I got nervous that the 'Debut' benefits would get adjusted so I hit submit. Almost deleted my gift card. I knew it was coming but was busy looking at that instant approval letter. I was actually expecting to have to call to get approved.

Now to convince my 3 kids and their spouses (30ties to 40ties) they need me to refer them to this card!

Car insurance is due 2nd week of April but I will pay as soon as I get the card. For Disney lovers this deal beats anything else I've seen in years.

I don't personally need any tickets but I have a friend who does. And 2K is easy when you travel with 5 to 6. Mostly I'm alone or with a friend but family does come along, especially to Hilton Head. Four grands in the gift shop, doing activities, breakfasts and lunches can add up fast! After that I do 2 trips to WDW with a friend - 2k is easy peasy!

I just cancelled my annual Disney+ subscription and need to sign up for the monthly version so I can get the $10 statement credit. The terms state "enroll to earn a $10 monthly statement credit when you spend $10 or more per month on your Disney Inspire Visa Card on qualifying subscriptions..."

Here is the problem- the Disney+/Hulu bundle is normally $12.99 but for the first 3 months is $4.99 (which is under the $10/month requirement). Is there a way to NOT get the $4.99 promo? Because paying $12.99 would actually be less with the credit. If I can't, it's not that big of a deal, but if anyone knows how to do it, please let me know so I can get the Visa credit.

Same, I got my 200 dollars for charging 2000 to my December cruise, but when I renewed my AP a few days later it didn't show.

Hi All! Been following this thread and I have decided to join the "Inspire" Club...LOL

A few questions.... I currently have a Disney Premier card. Will this card automatically close? Will my reward points transfer?

My current card is in my name with DH as an authorized user. Can I do the same for Inspire card or do we need to swap with him as applicant and me as AU? I just don't want to mess up getting the new card offers.

You can do it the same way or have your DH apply for it with you as the AU. Whichever you prefer.
