3) Logged in now so click on MDE "Plans and Tickets"
4) very top of page has Important message with a "View Availability"

Did you keep refreshing the pink castle or just let it do its thing or kept opening an new tab?

Did you keep refreshing the pink castle or just let it do its thing or kept opening an new tab?

Refreshing just sends a new request to the server, compounding the problem of the already overloaded servers. Just leave the castle up and hang tight.

Wife's computer hit 0:00 on the count down page. She got kicked back to the pink castle!!! I've got 2 devices going and I'm down to 10 mins on both.

I just got in after having pink castle since 7:05. (8:29 now) now I have space mountain and a countdown from 8:00 that was until just now going back to 8:00 each time it approached 7:00

I think the problem is: You must be logged into MDE before clicking the link to queue you in line. Think my wife's device wasn't logged in right or timed out.

I had a pink castle....sitting there forever.....opened a new window and went to the website, MDE, Park Pass System and there is a link to Make a Reservation. Now have Space Mountain and a countdown. Other window still has pink castle....
