New Disney Policy for guests with disabilities

I've been reading about this over the last few weeks and it appeared that Disney might cave on the policy change but now it seems they are going ahead with it.

Let's hope they go ahead with the plan, and DO NOT alter the DASC rules.

The Guest Assistance Card certainly seemed to be abused more and more frequently. If this new plan stops or slows the abuse while still meeting the needs of people who honestly need alternative access, it's a good thing.
