New Disney Hawaiian Resort

Has anyone Heard or seen the new website for the New Disney Resort Aulani in Hawaii? It looks like it will be a wonderful place for couples and families. Does anyone have any idea the possible points it would be for this resort? I'm not a DVC member but have been researching it for a long time now and thinking about getting it but someone told me that it is sometimes hard trying to rack up enough points to go anywhere else other than Disney World or Land.. is that true? (Which I would not mind going to every year) But sometimes the DH may want to go other places certain years. I know it depends on how many points you purchase but if you can not afford an astronomical amount of points is it still possible to go other places because from looking at the website for this new resort I would definitely want to go here!
