NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Does anyone remember how long the Best Buy Plus A Palooza went back in March? I didn't have Best Buy Plus and wasn't paying a lot of attention to the thread when it dropped so I missed it. IIRC, we could buy 3 $50 DGCs a day for $45 each.

Best Buy sent me a $10 certificate that I can use on Best Buy Plus, so I'm thinking of going ahead and buying Best Buy Plus now in anticipation of another Palooza. I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth it.

I just went through my emails. Looks like I had DGCs from Best Buy 3/10 - 3/19.

Thank you so much! I seemed to remember it went on for about 10 days. I also recall that we could buy 3 DGCs per day.

I whipped together a spreadsheet to account for the price of Best Buy Plus in my discount "return". I also included the 2% I get back on my Visa card in the calculations for a total of $17.70 per trio of DGCs. I start getting a better discount return than Target's 5% during Day 4 after buying 12 DGCs. After Day 10, I would end up with a total discount of 9.13% over all purchases. I end up saving a total of $102 over Target, including the cost of the Best Buy Plus program. This assumes there is another Palooza, of course. I'd "break even" v/s Target after 12 DGCs.

Safeway will have $10 off grocery coupons print on your receipt with $50 GC purchase including Disney cards according to photo below posted to Doctor of Credit today. Pretty sure it's one coupon per GC transaction but can be done multiple times in my experience. Promo 9/24-10/7. Works great with the $10 off $50 Safeway Amex offers going on right now which i was able to load to 6 different cards (x2 each) with the CardPointers extension. I personally don't buy gift cards on my Amex cards (will use Chase cards towards SUB) but I do my regular grocery shopping there.

Best to go on the weekends! They do 4x points on all gift card purchases if you clip the coupon.

The good news is I got another Target offer (quite soon after the 'good one') but I noticed NO gift cards. This is my NO gift card offer as all the others have allowed my Disney cards.

Ridiiculous as it sounds, it was still nice to get an offer, though not using as it's more than I can spend there. (It's a small, kinda crumby Target by me and I don't feel like going to a different one when I should be packing for Disney trip).

Was this one of the ones that has you spend a certain amount in a transaction or over multiple transactions and then you earn a certain amount of Circle Rewards?

I saw this too .. runs till 9/23/2025.

Just picked up 1k dgc yesterday from Cub... They actually did it in one transaction with 2 $500 DGC, and one $150 cub card!.... Last year they made me buy a bunch of $100 DGCs...

Good Luck!
I was able to do this as well! Loved not having a ton of gift cards to manage. A great discount for us, because we buy most of our groceries at Cub.

Yes. Had a slightly different one a few weeks ago that only excluded Target cards so I spent the needed $ in 3 transactions for Disney cards. This one negated Disney cards.

I received a $25 off $150 and was super excited, until I saw that they have excluded gift cards from this offer.
