PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR RED CARD DISCOUNT AMOUNTS! I was placing my last order for this round's Target Circle Bonus offer and thought I was doing something wrong because I wasn't getting the 5%. Contacted customer service who confirmed there was a glitch in the system . Went back through several orders and OVER 25% weren't offering the full 5%. It's obviously easy when you're just ordering DGCs but I never thought to question when I was adding other items (cuz you know, why would you?). They are refunding me for August orders and suggested I contact Red Card to let them know about other orders. Curious how widespread the glitch is though...

Wow thanks for posting this. I had already noticed I was about $1 short on my most recent in store purchase, but just chalked it up to “oh well.” Now that I know it is more widespread than just one slip up, I’m going to claim my dollar next time I’m in the store.

Does this mean that I can buy a digital DGC from CVS using this chase card and get 10% cash back- as in, they'll deduct it from the selling price, or does it post as a credit on my credit card? (Sorry, I can't figure out how to make the print bigger...)

You will get a credit back on your credit card statement after a few days.

No, they’re available on line or in the app. Just don’t a search for Disney gift cards & they come up. When you’re signed in, it will show shipping available, but in store & pick up unavailable. My BJs does have them in store at the reduced price.

Based on these reports, planning to use Freedom Flex to purchase Unlocked Magic party tix - will update this list if it codes as travel as well.

Do you have a different card that gets more for travel? Maybe you will luck out and it codes as live entertainment for you

Do any of the gift carders here know the best options for credit card stacking with these BJs DGCs? No current warehouse bonus categories in play on quarterly cards that I know of. Planning to use a flat 2% CB card but assuming there's a way to do better than that!

I buy v/mc from OD/OM/Staples with a CIC and use them there when no warehouse category is available.

Like @mickey916 stated you will get the money credited to your account after a short while.

Think of these Chase or AMEX offers as rebates but without having to cut out the upc to send with the receipt and then waiting 6-8 weeks for your money.

We downgraded from a Sapphire card and I forgot about the lower redemption. We actually don't have anything right now that does great in the basic travel category, and I maxxed live entertainment. As it stands, seriously considering buying tix straight through Disney via discounted DGCs, even though it will be more. Our Oct plans are a little iffy and I feel like I can make a better case for getting tix honored if for some unforseen reason we have to move to a new date, if I don't go third party. But as per my other post, no great stacks on DGCs right now either.

Haha! You had me searching for BJ's Gas giftcards, which sounded great for our upcoming road trip, lol! Oh well. I do appreciate the heads up on the DGC though, I need those too! Darn that autocorrect...

Just so you know if you have the BJ's Capital One Credit Card you do not get the 5% reward on gift cards. You have use a different card to get rewards. I use my JetBlue Card and get 2% on it, but I'm sure there are better ones out there.

For the Best Buy deals, I can’t remember if you need the paid membership? We recently cancelled ours because we don’t really use it & it got pretty expensive.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Their DGC deals have not been as frequent as they used to be, pretty sure it's been months since we last saw one.
