NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Starbucks is having a back to school offer: buy $30+ gift card and get a $5 gift card. https://www.starbucks.com/terms/gift-card-offer-terms/

I just ordered myself a $30 gift card in the app and received both the $30 and $5 gift cards immediately.
Note- you need to be one of the first 200,000 people to purchase before 8/22 11:59PM eastern time:
If you are one of the first 200,000 people during the Promotion Period to complete steps 1-2 above and meet these promotional offer requirements, you will receive a Promotional Gift. YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE A PROMOTIONAL GIFT.

Got an in-store CVS offer on my Capital One card.
15% cash back up to $10
This is the highest offer I've ever seen for CVS.

To maximize, going to buy a $67 DGC.
$67 x 0.15 ≈ $10.05

The "3 card-linked activations remaining" is a new thing for me though.

Got the cash back on this 15% CVS posted today for me. So took about 11 days from purchase (8/8) to reward (8/19).

So that's $67 - $10 = 15% savings.

I also got a new CVS in-store offer on my Capital One card.
8% cash back up to $10

To maximize, going to buy a $125 DGC.
$125 x 0.08 ≈ $10

On my Disney Chase card, got a
5% off up to $4.5

To maximize, going to buy a $90 DGC.
$90 x 0.05 = $4.5

I have an offer for 45 back after 4 transactions of $120. In order to meet the target minimum spend does the subtotal have to be $120 after the 5% redcard benefit or can i add $125 in the cart and then the 5% applies so the actual purchase is $118 and this would trigger the $120 spend requirement?

Before red card discount.

$125 in GCs will trigger the $120, even though the total after 5% is below.

Wow! Just got caught up to this thread. Seems like the deals have been slim picking lately 🥲

We finished our move to Japan which has been wild. I'm not realizing that any sort of deal that isn't specifically for a DGC (Target, Kroger, etc) is pretty much useless to me now, for paying our DVC fees anyway. I don't think I can get much delivered to our APO mailing address.

The upside is that Tokyo Disney Resort is less expensive at least 😅
