NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

I don't know if this has been discussed here, but just a heads up for anyone that buys the Sam's Club DGCs: They're really unlimited as long as you don't max out in one purchase. If you buy 4, you're done until they reset (often months later). If you buy 3, you can buy 1 on the next transaction, then 3, then 1 and so on. I just opened a 2nd Discover It for 10% back at wholesale clubs (including double CB for 1st year). Plus P2 got $100 and I got $100. Effectively bought $1600 in DGCs for $1520 (original price) - $200 Sign Up Bonus - $150 (10% CB) = $1170. Also, maybe 2% back for plus membership, but there are varying DPs on this. Unfortunately, I still need another $3,000 in DGCs just to cover our MKs, but it's a start.

I took a pic of the Disneyland bundle at Costco today for anyone interested.

Not bad. $450 for 3 day hopper with LLMP and $30 dining GC. It's basically the same of what we just bought today through DVC, which was $420 but doesn't come with the GC.

I think it's only a few states where the Costco deal is happening, though, so it wouldn't have been an option for us--plus I wanted the built-in discount of DGCs!

I wonder if this is going to be the future for DisneyWorld too, where they will start selling tickets with Lightning Lane bundled in.

You can already add on LL when you buy dlr tickets directly. I don't see wdw doing it since you can prebook LL before your stay vs day of at dlr. I can only imagine the complaints when people forget they bought it and don't book or something like that. They are just two different parks when it comes to LL.

That is what I was thinking but I'm assuming you saved more like I did with using DGC to pay for the tickets so the MMB DVC deal still is better.

A couple key differences is it appears weekends are not excluded from the Costco deal and the Costco tickets are park hoppers.

Oh, the weekend part is important! That'll definitely make Costco better for someone traveling on the weekend.

The park hopper part only matters if the buyer didn't want park hopper, in which case the DVC MMB deal would save money. But you can also get it with park hopper. It's $330 or $420 depending on whether you add park hopper.

I received an email that our Kroger gift cards shipped. My husband and I both ordered one.

Appreciate it! This particular deal worked out perfectly for me. Totally understand for others there definitely are cheaper options if you don't feel like hopping or LL. But the big piece for me was that you can split the dates, and this date range is wider than the offer straight through Disney. Particularly perfect timing since I have a two day trip planned in a couple weeks, and then a single day in September coordinating with a friend, which is after the Disney direct offer expires.

So I currently have a Target Circle Spend $90 3 times and get $30 back. Target Circle Rewards is what is given. Do these not make for gift card purchases? It was not qualifying them for me

If you buy a $100 Gift Card on 3 different transactions it should trigger and then $30 in Circle Rewards should show in your account.
The Circle rewards can not be redeemed to purchase gift cards.

Slight clarification: most 3rd party gift cards count towards the spend. Visa/MC/AmEx do not and Target gift cards do not. Were you trying to use either of those to get to $90?

I was trying to purchase Disney Gift Cards, the team member on the chat said they are excluded

They said they would not apply that one purchase until I was able to do the other 2 purchases, which is what I will do and then contact them again. I found it weird
