Ok. Crazy!! I got hubby’s ordered. Will cancel his trial membership this weekend. AND THEN - I logged on for myself just in case - remember that I bought DGC at $190 last week so was blocked out from buying more as recently as an hour ago - AND IT HAD RESET AND LET ME BUY 4 MORE!!! Victory!!

I bought recently also and have been blocked and one of the many Sams Club employees I spoke to said that when a new promotional period starts the limits are reset. However other people said its every 30 days, so I guess the customer service rep knows more than management, haha! So glad you were able to get more!

Ordered 4 on my card and 4 on DH with Discover 5x warehouse....in addition to the extra 50 off for each acct for adding auth user.

Unlike in Nov I wasn't able to order any extra. I highly suggest you transfer the gift cards to another card
asap. I just did it. I have had on a couple occasions the cards were empty or not activated. Good Luck.

I tried using a WM gift card to purchase DGC from SC. Big failure - not allowed.

I then tried buying e-DGC directly from WM. Order successful, but then immediately cancelled.

Anyone attempting to get more than 4 may just want to try, based on someone's past success I've been ordering singles and just going back and ordering again. Stopped at 6 received all of them, went back and purchased 2 more and have received those as well now too.

I tried placing a second order and it says:

"For a period of time, there's a limit of 4 items per membership and you can only buy 1 more. You can always check back in the near future to buy more."

So I have a few Shell $25 gift cards that I received as a promotion from Office Depot (They have these promotions that if you make a $125 purchase, you get a free $25 gift card). Because the Shell station near my house is usually 30 to 40 cents more than Costco, I save these Shell gift cards to use when we need gas and we aren't going near the Costco.

So on March 11, I used the Shell gift card to purchase $15 worth of gas, leaving the gift card with a $10 balance. The gift card was swiped at the pump and then given back to me by the attendant. When I went to use the remaining $10 today, it said it had no balance and when I called Shell, they said it had been used up at a shell station last week. At no time was the gift card out of my hand other than the 30 seconds when it was swiped in March. And the PIN wasn't even scratched off until today.

My guess is there was a skimmer at the gas station. I'm guessing skimming gift cards is very lucrative, since there is very little chance the police would get involved if a credit card is not involved.

My recommendation for anyone else who uses Shell physical gift cards or any gift card that needs to be swiped would be to use up the full balance at one time. (Unfortunately, Shell does not allow physical gift cards to be added to their app, the only way to use them is for them to be swiped.)

Yikes, this is unsettling to hear. I have used Shell gift cards more than once on my trips down to Orlando from Michigan. I like them because (1) Shell's product is 'top tier fuel', and (2) when I use them, there is no irritating hold on the funds as there is when I use a credit card at the pump. Even if it doesn't really 'matter' given the amount of credit available, I was getting tired of $150/$175/whatever being held on my card, sometimes for almost a week.

I never experienced this problem at any of the Shells where I purchased fuel. I guess the workaround for any pay-at-the-pump concerns is to go inside and pay the attendant, but that's time consuming sometimes.

It does take about 5 minutes. Make sure to check your spam folder and also any Credit Card alerts
that may suspect fraud.

In this economy I'm definitely grateful you can still get some discounted Disney gift cards. I hope stores
never stop offering as I personally need EVERY BIT off lol.

Maybe check back on the card in another week in case it’s some actually some weird hold thing?

Did you load the gc into your Walmart Wallet first and then try to use that at Sam’s?
