NEW Disney Gift Card Deals and More.

Ordered a new laptop from BJs today. Needed to upgrade to Windows 11 this year and my current laptop was not upgradable. Figured it may good to buy one sooner rather than later (tariffs). BJ’s typically has competitive pricing on laptops and I found one I liked with $100 instant savings.

But what tipped it for me was the $15 digital coupon for spending $150+ in one transaction before 4/20. The DGC sale will be over by the time I receive the coupon (4/24), but will still be a 15%+ saving on a $100 card.

Does the laptop you ordered come w/windows loaded or is it a separate purchase. I think you’re right about tariffs. My laptop is very old and I just retired and don’t need all the bells and whistles just a word processor…I use my iPads most of time but would like the option of a computer.

I sell computers as a side hustle; if you are not looking for a high end laptop you can get the basic Dell Inspiron i3 12th generation (so around a 3 year old processor) from Dell for $270 and if you sign up Dell emails they will send you a coupon for 10% off plus there is an Amex offer for $50 back after spending $250 at Dell and sometimes you can get 12% back from Rakuten.

If you want more information or want to continue this discussion, send me a private message or we can create a new thread so we don't get way off topic here on the gift card deals thread!

Another good option and great deal!

We have all seen from time to time articles about how much it costs to go to DisneyWorld but this is the most unrealistic one I have ever seen...the author claims a 3 day ticket is $300 which is ridiculous, the average 3 day ticket with tax is around $500. The author claims that a budget hotel for 4 people is $450 a night...besides for the fact that the author did not include tax, as someone who has stayed at the All star resorts many times, I would never squeeze four people into one of those tiny rooms and make 2 kids sleep in one bed (do you make 2 kids sleep in the same bed at home?). And then the author didn't even bother to include airfare to get there (shocker - 90% of the people visiting DisneyWorld do not live in Florida).

Well, we normally do a weeklong stay which makes our price per day below 100 a day…. and the last time we went in September 2023 my dad purchased a three day ticket at $300, or was it a 4 day for 400 I don’t remember now, this was a ticket special they were running

Also, we always put four people in the All-Star room. We’ve even had five when my fifth was below three. It’s crowded, but still quite manageable and we’re never in our room anyways. This scenario definitely depends on the family I would suppose

And of course we live in Georgia so it’s about a 7-8 Hour Dr. for us which we always do….. I have a lot of family up in Kentucky that do the drive as well

I also had a 15% off total purchase at target. Obviously can’t use with gift cards though. Hmm.

I agree 100% that it will depend on the family...but the author's title was for the average family. which is why I said the average ticket is not $300 (even with the special 3 day park ticket which is only good for summertime you can only get around $300 if you don't go to Magic Kingdom), and also even if you are driving from Kentucky which is around 1700 miles round trip, if you assume it costs 40 cents a mile that is another $700, shouldn't that cost be included in the cost of the trip? I think the author of the article was very unrealistic in that the average middle class family of 4 can go to DisneyWorld for $2,000.

I have 3 x 90 for 30 which I'll use. Will see how much I spend on Friday night for the Kate Spade drop. Only 3 things I want and have added a few things to my cart to make sure I have enough for free shipping in case I don't get all 3 items. I'll add a gc to that order to hit 90 if I need to. Wish they had variable cards online so I could just grt the 90 instead.

Also have a 20 off 120 that I probably won't use.

New Chase offer for Giftcards .com , 5% off, Max $50, one time only. Expires 4/30/2025.

I have it on nearly every card both personal and business.

Bunch of other offers popped up with the "New" label but offhand I don't have anything interesting for GCs. (I barely have anything interesting for me in general. But that seems like more of a 'boring' me problem!)

Rakuten is 2% cash back too.

If only we could be so lucky….
Just got back and our room charges were over that and that doesn’t include things we couldn’t charge to the room like when we added another lightning lane day, mobile orders and Minnie Vans

As always, I’m grateful for this thread. I saw the reports of Target bonus offers, so we checked our accounts immediately. DH has 2 purchases of $90+ for $20 and I have 3 purchases of $90+ for $30. We just bought a $100 DGC each to get started, and when we finish we’ll have another $500 in DGCs to add to our D.V.C. dues savings. Thanks!

Does anyone know if there are restrictions on type of payment used on giftcards.com? I just tried to use my Disney VIsa to buy Disney gift cards and it told me the payment was declined. It's not an available credit issue because I have more than enough available to buy them.
