So buying $1k of Disney will get you $80 back, or about a 92% cost. Not the best, but it's something if nothing else is going on. Plus you are getting grocery store spend on your credit card.

A few years ago, they had a sale that lasted less than an hour. They sold out very quickly, so I think a few a us have PTSD from that. I cannot remember the deal, but it was around 15% off, I believe...
Or it might have been 10% but I had 5% back on wholesale clubs that quarter. I know if you didn't hop on the deal at midnight or whatever, you didn't get it.

I remember a deal selling out really quickly also. Went on sale at midnight & was sold out by 12:20. I was on & refreshing from 8:57 yesterday. If a deal can sell out in 20 minutes at midnight, imagine how quick it could do at 9AM. The PP is lucky she’s never had it happen to her.

We went to Kroger last night and couldn't find any price scanners.
Apparently our local Kroger removed all of them, they want you to use your phone to scan the items instead. It would be nice if my phone worked inside the store, it's often spotty which becomes problematic when looking for coupons. I don't shop there as much as I use to but I was surprised to see the scanners gone.

For Costco, I know some were upset about having to scan your membership card at the entrance but we have not had that happen here. We still only show the back of our card where the photo is. Easy.

Happy to report that my email finally arrived and the gift cards work! It took 16 hours from when I placed the order, so don't lose hope!

Still waiting as well. I called customer service and spent more than 30 minutes trying to find out what the problem is. The rep originally told me that thru were waiting for my bank to release the funds. And that I should call my bank to have them release the money. I told her that it was a credit card purchase and the charge shows as pending in my account. In other words, the credit card company is waiting for Sam's Club to put the purchase thru instead of just putting a hold on my card for the amount of the purchase. I have never had to call my credit card company in order to change a charge from pending.

She finally gave me the link that was given above after checking it herself and no surprises there...still no gift cards and no record of the order.

She ended up giving me a reference number for the case and said that it has been escalated. But she added that it can take 3 days or more to "verify" my information. I'll give them until Tuesday but only because I don't have the time to mess with 30 minute phone calls until then. If I see that pending charge go thru and still don't have my gift cards, I will be disputing the charge. The Target Circle fiasco a few weeks back burned me but at least I got the GCs. This is too much money to just shrug it off.

I ordered 4 ( dgc from Sams) yesterday morning 9:00 am and received them with in 10 minutes. My brother bought 4 yesterday around 5:30 pm and still hasn’t received them. Hopefully they show up within the 48 hours it says it can take.

I can't believe I forgot to say this earlier. You can only purchase physical gift cards with gift cards loaded to the Walmart wallet. You cannot purchase digital gift cards. I purchase them online and have them shipped to my home. I've never tried to do it in store. I am able to checkout with two $100 physical gift cards in my basket. I do not know it it is possible to purchase more in a single transaction, but Walmart only lets you load 5 gift cards at a time.

ETA - I've also seen posts that you can purchase digital gift cards using gift cards stored in the Walmart wallet, but only if the total amount of your purchase is greater than the total of the gift cards being applied. I haven't tried this, though. I may give it a shot with the sale tonight.

Thanks for the detailed instructions, this finally worked for me and was able to convert my Sam's Club eGC to a physical Disney GC via shipping. Going to try if I can get a few more when Sam's Club GC are 12x or higher on Pepper and quickly cash out the Pepper points once my bonus points post in case Pepper goes belly up!

I listened to a podcast not that long ago (I think it was Churning Life, but I may be wrong about that) in which he interviewed an individual who purchases fuel points on the resell market. He has a fuel tanker, and he buys fuel points to purchase and resell actual fuel. It was absolutely crazy to me that this was even possible.
