New Disney Crocs?

I've only seen the Mickey head ones. My DD1 and I received our first pairs today from Dicks. We both really like them. I could see wearing them with little sports socks to help with sweaty feet. My DH doesn't see them being worn all day everyday at Disney. I can see and will try them when we go in July and again in December.

They are fantastic all day everyday at the park. My feet have never felt better at Disney than when I wore my crocs.:thumbsup2

I have some regular crocs and they work wonderful in the parks. I have used them on two different trips now. I would try breaking them in a little and not wearing socks if it were me. The second time I did wear socks and I wound up taking them off because my feet got sweaty. You know how when you go on water rides and your shoes are wet your feet start getting wrinkled and sore that's what mine did with the socks on.

Which style of crocs does everyone wear? I've checked them out on various web sites after hearing all the chatter and there were so many different types to choose from. Even the Disney ones had a variety to offer. :confused3

I like the Cleo ones for the parks. My feet get so hot, so I don't like to wear my Mickey ones in the parks because that's just too much on my feet.

The ones you have look more my speed. I've seen the ones that cover all but the back of your foot and they seem like they'd be hot and possibly not that comfy. I figure that maybe I am wrong since everyone seems to be going crazy for them. Are they more or as comfortable as wearing sneakers?

I always get sore/blistered feet easily, and even though I thought the "traditional" Crocs were ugly, I bought my 1st pair in Orlando last year at the start of our trip. I never wore anything else the rest of the trip. It was May, and it was HOT. My feet never got sore, and they didn't stink :scared: either like they do in other sandals. I bought a pair for my son (4) at the same time and he never complained once that his feet hurt. I just bought 2 more pairs!

Crocs are miracle shoes for my youngest son (now age 7). He used to always complain about his feet hurting, before crocs. We spent three commando days at the world (Epcot from opening to closing; AK and MGM opening to closing; and MK from 0815 to midnight), and no complaints about hurting feet.

Does anyone know if they are available at the parks or DTD? I would buy them before the trip but I know they will be just as happy picking them out and using their money. Might as well save mine.

All the parks have Disney Crocs--at least they did 3 weeks ago.

I don't remember the style name of the crocs but the kind that look like flip-flops are great in the parks, I always get blisters and sore feet but last May I wore them for 8 days in the park and did not get one blister and my feet did not hurt:cool1:

Thanks Unless I see a great deal I think I'll let them get them when we go.

Keep checking Dick's Sporting goods. They have good deals with coupons and you can get $10 off google with checkout. I got DD's for 13.99 and mine for $17.99. I love them. DD wore crocks last Aug. in Disney and was the only one who never complained about their feet. Go figure. We love them.
