You asked for it, and you got it! You are the first to know that our SUPER Family Rate is now open for select dates. Dates listed below are open at an unheard of 50% off of regular rates! A limited number of rooms is open for each date, and it is first-come-first-served so call in as soon as you can! These rates can only be booked by calling our in-house reservations team in Anaheim at +1-714-618-6036. Discount NOT available on suites.

I finally got the email!

However, I was online when the email came in and called within 5 minutes of receving it. Asked about 8/31 and was told there was no availability for the Super Family Rate or the Last Minute Rate. When I asked why the date was included in the email, I got a mumbled non-response of "it's a management thing".

Seems like they are still working out the kinks.

We are trying to find the best way to offer you “super” rates, and are still “working out the kinks.” Almost there

Kriss, thank you for your very kind response.

I think my post came off as a complaint and I didn't mean it that way. It was more of an observation that this new way of doing things might take awhile to work out! I'm sorry!

We are certainly big fans of Hojo and intend be patient and keep trying!
