new discount code from Mary

I just went to Mary's website, and there is listed a new discount code for FW for 4-18 to 6-5!! Maybe the others are not far behind!!

With that discount being released already it gives all of us hope for an early release of discounts for the other resorts.

The current room-only code has to be booked by 2/9 for stays 2/12-4/17 but the AP code does not have a book by date...but do AP's ever have a book by date? I know most packages have to booked by a certain date.


Anybody hear any rumors yet???

With the new discount code the cabins are $100 off the rack rate of $269......wow that is a big discount.
The campsites are all $15 dollars off the regular rate
basic $37 reg.$52
full $47 reg.$62
preferred $52 reg. $67

Wait, if I'm seeing that right...it is $100 off a cabin a night??? Is this possible???? If that is true then I wonder what the discounts for the values will look like!!! Any 'historic based' guesses? I am just too darn impatient!! A good discount means and extra night's stay!!!

We booked the cabins for 10 days yesterday, May 24 to June 3. It took a lot of doing on the CM's part (she was great). The available dates were hard to come by. We also have ressies for the Poly concierge. We are really hoping for some AP rates so we can stay at the Poly. I have found that availability is tight around that time. There were no Villas anywhere for the days we needed, and other deluxes were not available for our entire stay. Its making me nervous that they are really going to be busy before Memorial Day ( our 1st choice dates are May 20 to June 1).

It looks like based on Mousesavers historical that the cabins code is 17 days earlier then last year, and its at about 37% off.

With any luck the AP and rooms only rates will be comming sooner than last years.

I made a ressie this morning for June 4, 5 and 6th at FW cabins. I used the mousesaver code and got the $100/night discount on all three nights. I don't know whose error it is regarding June 6. Of course I didn't question Disney about giving me the extra day's discount.

Your rate has no "error" for the 6th. Disney "locks" your rate by the first night of your reservation. You could book 6/5-6/25 and still get the "special" rate.

You have to watch as this could work for you or against you. If you book the last day of "peak" season (4/17) for a weeks stay. You will be charged the entire "peak" rate even though it has changed to "Regular" season.

if I'm not mistaken, this is the code that was published in the Ft. Wilderness pamphlet thingy that is given out at RV shows. My parents recently bought an RV (which is where we stayed for our last trip!) and mentioned something about Ft. Wilderness having discouts for our dates. So it was an RV show rate rather than a released on Disney web site advertised to everyone rate. I'm still hoping that means there is good hope for May AP rates soon though! When I spoke with CRO yesterday the cm said no one had told them anything official yet but she was expecting to maybe see them in the next two or three weeks.
