I made all of my reservations on the phone on Monday for our trip starting 8/24 and have been able to see them online without a problem. I go into the website today to check yet again for BOG and now the website is telling me that there is an error retrieving my reservations. Anyone else seeing this???

It has been this way for several days. There are multiple people reporting the same issues. CM telling most people that the restaurant has not loaded their ADR times into the system resulting in no availability. Being told to keep calling. . .

I've been seeing that for BOG but all the other reservations I made (Boma, Chefs de France, Teppan Edo, etc) have disappeared from my confirmed reservation. I made all if the other ones through a CM and have the confirmation numbers for each. :(

Have you tried to "re-associate" they to your My Disney Experience page? I had a similar problem the other day as well. But they came back. The system does not seem very stable.

I am having the same issue. They were showing fine for the last week. Today when I log in I get an error. Not touching a thing. I know my reservation numbers and not worried.

Once you log in and select MY Disney Experience - select FREE Maps instead my Invoice or Reservation. It will bring up the old website. Then select my Reservations - Mine then show.

Hope this helps.

Thanks! I'll definitely try that. This new system is so frustrating. You would think a company like Disney would test a new site before rolling it out!!!
