New/Different Colonoscopy Prep

I found fruit juice to be helpful. I also had a sprite, carbonation makes me feel full.

I have some fizzy water. Maybe I will start adding the liquid IV to that.

Made it through the colonoscopy. They removed 2 polyps (they removed 2 three years ago also). They also took several biopsies. They discovered diverticulosis, which apparently is very common and not of great concern unless it becomes inflamed.

I've been very tired all day, expected on less than 3 hours sleep and have taken several naps today.
