Looks to be 3-4 nights Magic at Sea.

Details:

Disney Imagination Garden will be the emotional heart of the Disney Adventure, an enchanted valley, charming garden and open-air performance venue all in one. Inspired by 100 years of heroic and heartwarming Disney adventures — from Moana on the high seas to Mowgli in the jungle — this imaginative gathering space will be guests’ gateway to an unforgettable journey all their own.

The spirit of discovery will inspire guests to chase the horizon, to see how far they can go, and to encounter surprising worlds beyond their own in the dynamic realms of Disney Discovery Reef, San Fransokyo Street and Wayfinder Bay.

At Disney Discovery Reef, families will shop and dine in an ethereal and ever-changing retreat evoking favorite aquatic characters and nautical stories from Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios, including “The Little Mermaid,” “Lilo & Stitch,” “Finding Nemo” and “Luca.”

Inspired by the eclectic world of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Big Hero 6,” San Fransokyo Street will be a family entertainment area pulsing with the energy and atmosphere of a vibrant street market and boasting an assortment of interactive games and activities, shops, cinemas and more.

At Wayfinder Bay, guests will be called by “the line where the sky meets the sea” to an open-air oasis under the sun, where relaxation and exclusive entertainment await. The sophisticated yet casual poolside retreat will reflect the Pacific Islands-inspired artistry of Disney Animation’s “Moana,” offering some of the most stunning views of the sea and sky aboard the Disney Adventure.

The magic of fantasy draws on hopes, dreams and wishes to create whimsical new worlds from many of Disney’s most beloved and timeless stories, with fairytales made real in the enchanting and expansive Town Square.

Town Square will be a celebration of Disney royals — a magical land dedicated to those who wish upon a star hoping their dreams will come true. This fantastical forest filled with shops, lounges, cafes, restaurants and entertainment venues will exude the enchanting feeling of summer in full bloom with nods to “Tangled,” “Cinderella,” “Frozen,” “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,” “The Princess and the Frog,” and more.

The heart of every Disney adventure is the irresistible thrill and joyful delight of boldly embarking on new and exciting experiences, a feeling guests will dare to discover within Marvel Landing and Toy Story Place.

At Marvel Landing, heroes will unite in a destination for fans of all ages. As a celebration of Marvel’s larger-than-life personalities, this area will offer Avengers-level adventure, with all-new attractions and experiences that showcase imaginative representations of guests’ favorite Super Heroes.

Toy Story Place will inspire guests to explore, create, connect and have fun in a whimsical, interactive play land with themed food venues and water play areas, where the world of Pixar’s “Toy Story” movies and shorts springs to life in surprising and inventive ways.

Thank you!

That'll be a B2B then.

Anthem of the Seas does 3- and 4-night sailings out of Singapore that both go west, both stopping in George Town, and the 4-night also stopping in Phuket. Would we expect something similar from the Adventure?

Would be kind of a boring B2B going up the same coastline and hitting Georgetown 2x. I wonder if they'll look at any options to the east for the 3-nighter?

I was personally hoping they'd do 4- or 5-night itineraries followed by 7+ night itineraries so they could do a bit more sailing in the area. I'm guessing there's no chance they'll visit Vietnam?

Separate note: those staterooms don't look quite like anything else DCL. They look like another cruise line's cabins but with some art and blue carpet. I suppose they couldn't make giant changes to the ship's cabins because they were already largely in place.

Look at this original rendering of the same cabins above when it was still intended to be the Global Dream:

DCL really didn't change much.

Also of note for Concierge passengers, you can glean from this what the suite options will be, starting at the 1:47 mark. The two-bedroom option looks like it'll be a normal balcony room with an inside cabin tucked into it. I love suites that have that setup, because I'm less worried about my kids waking up in the middle of the night and going straight out on the balcony:

The ship sounds awesome, but I'm not going on a 3-4 night, let alone one that doesn't even stop at any ports. I hope they will add some longer itineraries and ports. If I'm traveling all that way from the US, I want to see some of Asia, not spend 4 days of my time on a ship.

If we go on the Adventure, it'll probably be after we stop somewhere like Cebu for a few nights, then fly into Singapore for a couple days, then finally board the Adventure for a 4-night sailing for some downtime while also seeing a couple places. Maybe 10 nights in the region without including the long flight time from the US.

I assume people flying from Europe or the Americas will stop somewhere else first. I would love to combine this with a trip to Thailand and Vietnam.

From a FB group dedicated to the Adventure, there's some speculation that the "magical days at sea" verbiage is telling that this ship won't be visiting any ports.

If that's the case, oof. It would be a hard no for me.

It sounds like they're blocking off more of the ship for concierge this time:

"The Disney Adventure will also feature extensive concierge accommodations, providing ultimate luxury and a heightened level of personalized service and convenience, including access to exclusive areas and amenities such as a private indoor lounge, an expansive sundeck with a pool and whirlpools, high-end shopping venues, and dedicated spa and fitness facilities."

On the plus side, no mention of a casino anywhere.

Oh for sure, I can't imagine someone flying all that way for only the 3-4 night cruise, they are sure to make it a combo trip. But, even so, I just wouldn't feel like sacrificing 3-4 days of sightseeing in a foreign country / continent (out of what would likely be a 2 week trip for me) for that much down time on a ship.

Some sleuths on FB believe the originally-planned rollercoaster will remain because they've noticed a few loops/swooshes still visible by the funnels in the latest renderings.

If they will only have sea days, it actually increases my interest. Still, being on the east coast, it's a tough trip. If I can someday, somehow combine it with a trip to Aulani....it could make all that flying worth it.

I imagine there are some construction decisions that were made because a certain percentage of the ship was already built.

Huh, I wasn’t originally keeping tabs on the Adventure because I thought the size would deter my family (we love the smaller classics). The themed neighborhood concept is really intriguing, though! Like, I thought as I started reading about Toy Story Place, “Ok, this is the kids club.” But sounds like it is a lot more than that.

3 to 4 nights? Was hoping for a 7 nighter. At minimum 5. Maybe they are testing the waters? (no pun intended) Singapore looks quite lovely.

I hope this isn't another "Cruise to Nowhere". I have kept an eye out for Singapore sailings on
other lines just to get an idea. Will be interesting to see who their target audience is. My Doctor
is from Singapore and a Disney fan. She said her family back home will probably try it out......if it has a casino. lol

If they price it like the Wish ouch...might be in for a rude awakening.

I'll probably give it a shot. 3-4 nights is the perfect length to integrate a cruise into a broader Singapore/Southeast Asia itinerary. I was hoping that they might break the DCL mould a bit and offer some more interesting itineraries, but it seems like they are sticking to the script that has mostly worked for them in the past. I guess I can't really blame them.

All sea days sounds perfect to me on a big new ship, but with the flight from home it'd have to either be combined with another trip or go somewhere to justify it. This puts it firmly on the backburner for us.
