Mostly I drink a lot of water, that's probably more of what you'll start drinking. I also drink milk (Usually only with breakfast though), sometimes juice, and I drink quite a bit of green tea.
I have some staining on the back of my bottom teeth from so much soda, but the dentist asked if I drank a lot of tea or pop. So if you drink regular tea, it could do that too. Green tea is a yellowish greenish color most of the time. (And yes, I won't deny it looks pretty gross).
I like getting lipton green tea, it might say with lemon, it's super good. But whatever green tea you try, it'll all probably taste different.
I do yoga in my room. If you want to do that you probably should get a beginner video so you know how to breathe and basic positions. But after that you can probably look online for different things and do them without a video.
We also have a wii fit, have you tried running in place? That's basically what I do on the wii fit is run in place and it never bothers anyone in the house. Usually I run for 20 minutes, and it ends up being about 2 miles.
