Similar to our Disney Vacation Club room reports, we have created the same thing for the Disney Cruise Line staterooms. It’s brand new, so we need you reports. The goal of this is to give people the opportunity to search our system for a particular stateroom and read up.

If there is anything else you think we can add, let me know while it’s new.

Is there any way to list the screen name of the reviewer so that people can contact them with more questions?

Otherwise, thanks! :sunny:

I will add an optional field for a screen names to be inputted. I think that will work better.

Is there a way to add the option to edit our report??

I think this is a great idea!

I have added a spot to enter your DIS name for the reports, but I cannot make these editable without asking everyone for a secret password or code. This could become a nightmare of people asking me for their code just to add a comma.

If you want your report deleted, you can send me an email with the reason. I understand if you want to reenter your report with a name. Also, any report with a blank description has been deleted.

ENJOY!!

i am really liking this! thanks for taking the time to set this up :cheer2:

This really great...maybe this will ease a lot of the posts about specific staterooms numbers.

Now, what if we spotted an error in one of the reports....I just happen to click on stateroom 2510 and the category is incorrect. It should be Cat 9 on Deck 2, not Cat 2 on Deck 2. It should be corrected as I am sure the goal of this information is to be as accurate as possible to eliminate confusion.

There is also a double entry for the same stateroom, 5502...it looks like the poster realized they posted the wrong category and then did a whole new report with the correct cat number.

Thanks.

MJ

What about adding the option to select 3/4 night cruise versus 7 night cruise. Room opinions may be different based on length of stay....just a thought.

Also, I missed the box that specfies Magic/Wonder and it defaulted to Magic, which, happily, I was on. But I've noticed some 3/4 night reports that say "Magic", so I wasn't the only one who missed this...how about a trap for this?

Thanks for the feedback!

I'll see what I can do about setting more blocks. I removed the duplicate and corrected the other one.

Hi, how does one search the reports that others have left? I can't find a link.

Click on the link, then at the top, click on 'Stateroom Reports' and then the room numbers you're interested in.

Ok - this isn't earth shattering to most of us, but how about a place to indicate where that stateroom is assigned for the lifeboat drill? I know some folks have been very unhappy about outdoor, hot locations when they have small kids or a medical condition.

sophie...you first need to click on the blue link in the first post on this thread. Then once there you can click on stateroom reports at the top of that page and it will bring up the list of the individual staterooms reports....

good luck.
