A huge section of the parking lot as well as the site of the former tennis courts is being used for construction.

Yet no response from DVC.

we asked our guide about it a few weeks ago and she looked pretty disugusted that no one has made an announcement.

I ask my guide everytime I talk to him. Sadly he always tells me that there is just no information that they can confirm at this time.

I also asked mu guide a few weeks ago and he just didn't want to discuss it. he changed the subject which is not like him. He usually talks about anything (except for rumors of CRV). Just make me wonder what the BIG secret is?

I guess that the slogan "Disney's best kept secret" pertaining to the DVC is realy true. They're actually keeping this particular DVC secret

I know that there's been no announcement yet or that the construction is not confirmed to be our next DVC yet but I was wondering if any of the guides is taking a list of interested members wanting to purchase pts when the announcement is finally made.

I don't know the laws in Fl. but here in Ga. you have to apply for a building permit and the plans become public knowledge. Has anyone gone to the planning/permitting dept. of Reedy Creek and looked up the plans for this project?
