Hi,

Are there any freebies for new Disney Cruisers?

We are cruising in December, besides reading these wonderful posts should I do anything now to get ready for the cruise?

There are 2 adults and 3 children; 14,10 and 8

Thanks :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Research these boards as well as Dave's website www.dcltribute.com and Barb/Tony's website www.castawayclub.com - It is also helpful to go to the trip reports section of these message boards to read about past cruisers experiences. The Magical Disney Cruise Guide is also a must read -- and can be found from links on both of the other sites which I have recommended. As far as 'freebies' go -- if you are a Disney Club member, you may qualify for a stateroom credit. OR you can call your TA or DCL directly and ask to have code REF applied to your existing ressie. This is a stateroom credit for new cruisers.

Hi,

Thank you WOVENWONDER for your response. You did a great
job with the website. The pictures were great and it was very
informative.

Our room number is 8558. I'm wondering if we should be concerned with the pool area on deck 9. Has anyone had any experiences on deck 8?

Some people report some noise from above like chairs being moved, but nothing to worry about. We have stayed on Deck 8 four times and it was great each time. Very convenient to all the activities on Deck 9, plus the food!!! We like aft best!!!

I am sure you will love Deck 8.
