Does one need to receive the Sunday paper in order to take part in this train? is it too late to sign up for it? how does it work exactly? there are people on the Dis boards that have very large families, i'm thinking they might be interested too.

This is how most of us get coupons. We cut the coupons from the Sunday paper, keep the ones we would use, pass the rest on. We each have a coupon buddy someone we send to and someone that sends to us.
