New contract!!!

We just bought a new contract...is it normal to pay full price for the contract...it was for BW and we wanted June UY to make it easier to manage because our first one is June UY. How long does it usually take Disney to decide the ROFR...so excited!!!!!

ROFR maximum 30 days once received by DVC, there have been reports of ROFR taking longer when a lot of contracts are submitted at one time.
BWV and BCV usually sell for full asking price(especially if the it is a small amount of points), as these are very popular resorts and within walking distance of two parks.
