New contract dues??

Hello all.

We are thinking about adding on Riviera direct and are currently resale members only. When adding on a direct contract, how are the dues handled? Are they included with the contract or do we pay them at time of closing?

When purchasing direct, you will be billed for dues after closing. If you are already setup for monthly dues payments, you can elect to have the dues for the new contract added to your existing monthly payment.

To add, you will pay dues from the date you agree to purchase.

So, if buying today, you’d be billed for 19 days of 2024 dues and then get your bill for the 2025 dues before the end of the month.

Nice. So it sounds like it would pay to wait until closer to Feb since we aren’t in such a hurry. We have a March use year so we would still get 2024 points if we waited until closer to February?

Yes, you should be able to still get 2024 points if you are buying one of the active resorts like CFW, PVB , AUL or RIV…

If you want to do a resort that is eligible for the Magical Beginnings program, then you have to buy at least 4 to 6 days before the end of you UY.

Just be aware that incentives can change and so can the base price….not always with warning. So keep that in mind.
